Our valuers provide formal valuation reports and advice that is relied upon by legal firms, executors of estates, or for those involved in the planning of estates.

As with property transfers, be aware that formal valuations have a 3 month expiry from the date of valuation, which should be accounted for in the timing of legal document preparation and submissions.

We can provide “update valuation letters” after the expiry period, but again be aware that original valuation figures may no longer be current, especially during times of volatile market conditions. This new date of valuation could reflect a new valuation figure.
