About SLR Valuations

SLR Valuations was originally founded to primarily service the mortgage finance industry, including some of the major lenders and banks. For some time now we have not carried out mortgage security valuations as a result of changes in the nature of “bank valuations” and the way they are managed by that industry.

However, we continue to focus on client service, and carrying out formal valuations for many other purposes listed below, as well as providing qualified professional valuation advice for those requiring consulting services.

Each valuer is tertiary qualified and licensed to conduct valuations. They have more than 25 years professional valuation experience, and can competently clarify all aspects of the valuation process.

Servicing mainly the Brisbane and Gold Coast regions, we also carry out property portfolio valuations throughout Queensland. Our clients extend to corporate, legal and tax professionals, government, and the general public.
