Steps to obtain a quote:

If you require a quote, at a minimum, our valuers will need the property address or legal description, and the reason for the valuation.
Once we have this information, a formal quote will be prepared and emailed to you by one of our property valuers. This quote will also include an expected turnaround time, or a request for further information, if necessary.
If you are satisfied with the quote and wish to proceed, your request must be confirmed in writing. This can simply be agreed to by reply email confirmation to proceed. Please also refer to our Payment and Refund Policy.
A valuation confirmation and invoice will be emailed to you. Once we receive receipt of payment for the valuation service, your appointed valuer will receive acknowledgement to proceed with the valuation request. The valuer will then be responsible for all aspect of the valuation process. You will receive a completed valuation report together with your paid invoice, in PDF format, from the valuer via email.
