We regularly carry out formal property valuations of SMSF Real Estate Assets for SMSF trustees and accountants for compliance purposes.

Once we have carried out an inspection and provided a formal property valuation report, we can also prepare a more cost effective “valuation update letter” for future property valuation requests if approved by the fund’s accountant.

This letter can be prepared without a new valuation inspection and subject to certain conditions, such as time since the last inspection, and changes to the state of the property since the last inspection.
