Property Transfer (Stamp Duty) Valuations

We recommend you seek appropriate advice in order to confirm the date of valuation required for the property transfer.

We can provide “update valuation letters” after the expiry period, but again be aware that original valuation figures may no longer be current, especially during times of volatile market conditions. This new date of valuation could reflect a new valuation figure.
