What happens once we receive your enquiry or request for a formal quote:

We will email or call with our response to general enquiries in due course. If you have requested a formal quote, read the headings below.

If you have requested a formal quote, this will be prepared and emailed to you by one of our property valuers in due course. The valuer may email or call you if they have any questions prior to quoting. Please contact the valuer if you have any questions after receiving a formal quote.

If you wish to accept our formal quote and proceed with the valuation, your instruction to proceed must be in writing. Information on how to do this will be included in our formal quote email.

After we receive your valuation instruction in writing, a valuation instruction receipt confirmation will be emailed to you once we have created the new job file. The valuation process will proceed subject to terms of our formal quote.
