Quotation, Payment, Cancellation and Refund Policy
All quoted fees are valid for 14 days. If no action is taken within this period your quote will be become invalid unless otherwise agreed by either party in writing.
Unless otherwise agreed;
ALL VALUATIONS ARE PROCESSED UPON RECEIPT OF CLEARED FUNDS.
Payment can be made using the following methods:
Credit Card over Internet (preferred method for online valuation requests)
Credit Card over the Phone
Cash upon Inspection
Cheque or Money Order
Please note that some payment options may take several days to clear.
Unless otherwise agreed, the person requesting the valuation service is responsible for the full payment of this service.
We reserve the right to amend the cost of the valuation service should your estimate differ substantially to the end valuation figure. You will be informed immediately this becomes apparent to the valuer. If additional fees are required, further payment will be required prior to release of the valuation.
Valuer Cancellation Policy
We reserve the right to cancel a valuation request at any time, and for any reason. You will be notified immediately should this occur.
Customer Cancellation and Refund Policy
You are entitled to a FULL REFUND (less $33 administration charge) if you cancel your request BEFORE an inspection of the property has been undertaken.
You are entitled to a 50% REFUND EXCLUDING ANY TRAVEL FEE if you cancel your request AFTER an inspection has been undertaken and a report HAS NOT been produced.
You are NOT ENTITLED TO A REFUND AFTER an inspection has been undertaken and a report HAS been produced.
Subject to these conditions you may cancel your valuation request at any time by using our online STOP valuation service, calling the valuer directly, sending an email to email@example.com.
All our valuers are registered with the Valuers Registration Board of Queensland
